Service providers need to be empanelled with the KCA in order to provide services at the KCA Community Halls
Application forms for the following Categories of Service Providers are available at the bottom of this page:
- Caterers
- Decorators
- Music Sound providers (DJs, Bands, Sound System)
Application forms may be submitted at the KCA Office. On approval by KCA Management, the service provider will be added to the Authorised Panel List.
The List will be made available to all hirers of the KCA Community Halls and published on our website.
