    The 90th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Kanara Catholic Association will be held at 10:30 am on Sunday, September 26, 2021, in the Ground Floor Hall at the premises of KCA Bandra (W), Mumbai.  
     
    This year, the AGM will also mark the end of the 3-year term of the current Managing Council, with Elections for the new Office bearers being held, for the term 2021-24

    1. The Annual Report with the Report of the President & the Annual Accounts 
    2. The Notice, Agenda and Explanatory Statement for the AGM
    3. The Election Program, with the details of the nomination process and the voting by secret ballot
     
     
    Program on Election/AGM day

    10.00 am             Monti Fest prayer service.

    10.15 am             Tea & Snacks will be served 

    10.30 am             Commencement of AGM

    12.00 pm             Polling booth opened by Returning Officer. Commencement of Voting

    03.00 pm             Voting closes

    03.30 pm             Announcement of Results by the Returning Officer

     
    Elections: Key Dates to Remember

    September 18, 2021        Last day for Filing Nominations (upto 5 pm)

    September 20, 2021        Last day for withdrawal of Nominations (upto 5 pm)

    September 26, 2021        Election Day: Voting from 12.00 pm to 03.00 pm
