The Kanara Catholic Association will be celebrating the Golden Jubilee of the Yuvakalaya Hall and Hostel on Sunday, 17 November 2019. His Eminence Oswald Cardinal Gracias has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest, while Ms. Faye D’souza will be the Guest of Honour. Cardinal Gracias along with Bishop John Rodrigues and other priests will  concelebrate a Thanksgiving Mass at 6 pm.    This will be followed by speeches by the dignitaries and a short cultural programme. The finale will be fun and games, with drinks, dancing and dinner. In keeping with the tradition of the last 3 years, KCA Mumbai’s celebration of the Monti Fest will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2019. We once again invite you to attend the celebration of our cultural roots & traditions    A prayer service, followed by the blessing of the harvest and a procession to the KCA grotto will be held. The traditional celebration & lunch will be on the same lines as the last 3 years. Members are encouraged to attend Mass at Mount Mary’s church, before the program. Thereafter, we will assemble at the KCA for the MONTHI SAIBINISHI FEST and KCA AGM.    Having a socially and culturally active Association, as well as having more members take an active interest in the affairs of the institution – both objectives are met by having the AGM and Monti Fest celebration on the same day.
