As a matter of clarification, it is being emphasised, that the Managing Council has decided not to revive the ‘Sports Club’ as envisaged by Rule 25(b) of KCA Rules & Regulations. All sports activities will be planned & managed by the Sports sub-committee, thereby ensuring that sports is given its due importance & sporting activities do not suffer in any way.
Accordingly, although Rule 25(b) of KCA Rules & Regulations require that the Chairperson of the ‘Sports Club’ be designated a Vice President of the Association, the same is not applicable at this stage. If & when the ‘Sports Club’ is revived, the Chairperson appointed at that time, will be designated as KCA Vice President. (Similar decision has been taken for St Anthony’s League)
